새 폰에서 Pro가 적용되지 않아요.
같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 상태에서 앱의 설정 > 정보 및 지원 > 구매내역 복원을 눌러 주세요. Pro 화면 아래에서도 복원할 수 있습니다.
무료 버전은 무엇이 다른가요?
무료 버전도 주차 사진을 개수 제한 없이 찍고 보관할 수 있습니다. 가장 최근 사진은 바로 열리고, 지난 기록은 짧은 광고를 보면 24시간 동안 열 수 있어요. ParkShot Pro는 한 번 결제로 평생 광고를 없애고, 지난 기록 바로 보기, 텍스트·음성 메모, 주차 위치·지도·도보 길안내, 지하주차장 층수 추정, 사진 보관함 저장, 모든 위젯·잠금화면 컨트롤을 쓸 수 있습니다. 구독이 아닙니다.
주차 위치는 어떻게 기록하나요?
주차 탭에서 셔터를 누르면 사진이 저장됩니다. Pro에서 위치 권한을 허용하면 주차 위치와 주변 주소가 함께 기록되고, 기록 탭에서 사진을 열어 지도와 도보 길안내로 차를 찾을 수 있어요.
지하주차장 층수는 어떻게 아나요?
Pro에서 기압계(iPhone 12 이후)로 높이 변화를 재서 층수를 추정합니다. 설정 > 자주 가는 주차장에 지상 기준을 저장해 두면 더 정확해집니다. 추정값이 틀리면 사진 상세의 층수 칩을 눌러 고칠 수 있어요.
주차 타이머와 잠금화면 표시는 어떻게 쓰나요?
사진 상세의 타이머 버튼(Pro는 사진 저장 직후 버튼으로도)에서 주차 시간을 고르고 시작하면 만료 전에 알림을 받습니다. 잠금화면과 다이나믹 아일랜드에 남은 시간이 표시되며, 길게 눌러 연장하거나 종료할 수 있어요. Pro는 항상, 무료는 주차마다 짧은 광고를 보면 켤 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 앱의 설정 > 가이드 > 주차 타이머 · 라이브 액티비티를 참고하세요.
위젯이나 잠금화면 바로가기는 어떻게 추가하나요?
앱의 설정 > 가이드에서 홈 화면 위젯, 잠금 화면 위젯, 액션 버튼을 단계별로 안내합니다. 위젯과 컨트롤은 ParkShot Pro에 포함돼 있습니다.
사진은 어디에 저장되나요?
기기에만 저장됩니다. ParkShot에는 서버와 계정이 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기록도 함께 삭제되니, 남기고 싶은 사진은 사진 보관함에 저장해 두세요(Pro).
광고 추적을 끄려면?
iOS 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적 > ParkShot. 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스에서는 앱의 설정 > 광고 개인정보 설정에서도 바꿀 수 있습니다.

FAQ
I bought Pro on a new phone and it isn't active.
Signed in with the same Apple Account, open Settings > About & Support in the app and tap Restore Purchases. You can also restore from the bottom of the Pro screen.
What does the free version include?
The free version lets you take and keep as many parking photos as you like. Your latest photo opens right away; older records open for 24 hours after a short ad. ParkShot Pro is a one-time purchase that removes ads and adds instant access to your history, text and voice memos, parking location with map and walking directions, underground level estimation, saving to your photo library, and every widget and Lock Screen control. It is not a subscription.
How do I save where I parked?
Tap the shutter on the Park tab and the photo is saved. With Pro and location access, the parking location and nearby address are saved too, and you can open the photo from the History tab to find your car with the map and walking directions.
How does ParkShot know the parking level?
With Pro, it measures the change in height with the barometer (iPhone 12 or later) to estimate the level. Saving a ground reference under Settings > Frequent Parking Spots makes it more accurate. If the estimate is off, tap the level chip on the photo to correct it.
How do the parking timer and Lock Screen display work?
Tap the timer button on a photo (Pro users can also use the button shown right after saving), pick how long you're parked and start: you get an alert before it runs out. The time left appears on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, and you can touch and hold to extend or end parking. It's always on with Pro; free users can turn it on for a parking session by watching a short ad. See Settings > Guides > Parking Timer & Live Activity in the app.
How do I add the widget or Lock Screen shortcut?
Settings > Guides in the app walks you through Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets and the Action Button. Widgets and controls are included with ParkShot Pro.
Where are my photos stored?
Only on your device. ParkShot has no servers and no accounts. Deleting the app deletes your records, so save the photos you want to keep to your photo library (Pro).
How do I stop ad tracking?
iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > ParkShot. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can also use Settings > Ad Privacy Settings in the app.
